"In terms of our outlook, we continue to have a cautiously optimistic view. First, the global economy continues to show resilience and concerns about an economic recession have dissipated. Second, inflation has fallen enough to set the stage for interest rate cuts later in 2024. Third, corporate earnings have been strong and have surprised to the upside in many markets around the world."
